Successful Recruitment of a UX leader for a major FMCG on a key European Market
The challenge: To find someone with expertise across various sciences, senior enough to engage R&I and business stakeholders, but able to remain hands-on enough as it is a standalone position. Since the talents pool is tight, selling the job to the relevant candidates was pivotal!
In details: I ensured that the job descriptions would reflect today’s needs and tomorrow ambition and worked in very close collaboration with R&I Director, HR and recruitment agency to maximise chances to attract the right talent: to target the relevant audiences, to screen initial CVs, and I also conducted a very thorough technical interview of the final candidates – recommendations & candidates engagement led to a very successful recruitment.
