A new consumer experience center in the heart of your headquarters

New Consumer facilities are to be built by R&I in the heart of the Danone UK Headquarters, providing a unique access to their consumers, agility and speed for co-creation and rapid prototyping.

With expertise in having built similar facilities in various locations, I provided tailored guidance to ensure that the layout, technical specifications, and final designs will allow the teams:

  • To invite their Dairy, Plant-based & Waters consumers but also their Specialized Nutrition patients and careers, and work with them to innovate and improve their product experience through the entire journey (from retail to disposal)
  • To use unique qualitative technical methods, unleashing relevant insights and guidance for R&I and get maximum business impact and ROI for the years to come
